How do I return an item??

You have the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt of your order without giving reasons.
Please note that we do not receive confirmation of receipt. You will only receive an email from us once the return has been processed.

Please use the completed return form in your order so that we can process your return quickly. If you not have the return form, you can use a note with the following information of the your return.
  1. Order number
  2. Full name and address
  3. Reason for return

A return is only possible if the Goods are new and unworn. For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.

We also advise you to keep the postal receipt of your return, in order to have a proof if we do not receive your package.

Please note that we do not bear the return costs.
