All orders are shipped via DHL or Hermes with a tracking number. You can find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation.

 

 

It usually takes about 2-3 business days for your order to arrive after we have processed it. (within Germany)

 

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Free shipping within Germany.

The international shipping costs are 5€. From an order value of 50€, shipping is also free.

 

 

In principle this is possible. The best way is to mail us directly at hello@berriesloveandcats.shop.

If we have already packed and shipped your order, cancellation is no longer possible.

 

 

If you don't like the jewelry or an accessoire that much, you can return the item to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods. For hygienic reasons, only unworn items can be returned.

By the way, we have extended our return period to 30 days.

 

Damp places such as the bathroom are not a suitable place to store jewelry. You should also keep your jewelry away from perfumes, deodorants, hairsprays, creams and the like. They can damage the jewelry.

 

 

We are based in Germany and also ship from Germany.

 

 

 

Of course, we can also make mistakes from time to time.

Our jewelery is made of stainless steel or 925 sterling silver with 14k or 18k gold plating survive contact with water undamaged.

Nevertheless, gold plating is only a thin layer of gold. That's why we recommend minimizing contact with cosmetics and water to ensure that your piece of jewelry has a long lifespan.

 

 

We source our jewelry from dealers in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.
